If you are not completely satisfied with any Dr. Johnson's™ product, please give us a call within 7 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or credit. This guarantee does not apply to any product that has been altered, damaged, marked, or misused. Our guarantee also excludes special teas in wet or dry form. There are no refunds on special teas or open liquids.

 

 

 

 

Please be aware that some states do not allow returns on open liquids. We will not be held responsible for products that are damaged during the return process. Please be sure to pack each bottle carefully to protect against damage while in transit. ​When returning product please note the following policies and procedures:

1. Call 1-800-383-1165 or email us at aloeheals@gmail.com and request a return confirmation number.

2. Return product within 7 days of receiving confirmation number.

3. You will be contacted once we receive the product.

4. Upon approval your credit card will be credited within 72 hours. (Note: Credit will be minus shipping cost and 5% restock fee).
